ZLG USBCAN-II driver files

Copy the complete matching x86 vendor runtime into this directory before using hardware CAN:

ControlCAN.dll beside SDC-ACQ_DAC-TestTool.exe
kerneldlls\\usbcan.dll
kerneldlls\\kerneldll.ini

Do not run another CAN application against the same adapter at the same time.
